Ingredients
40ml Botanical Spirit
20ml Crème de Poire
20ml lemon juice
20ml Prosecco
Mint leaf to garnish

Method
Add all ingredients apart from the Prosecco to a cocktail shaker,
then fill with cubed ice and shake hard for 12 seconds.
Fine strain in a chilled cocktail glass, then add the Prosecco and garnish with mint leaf.
