SHIPPING AND RETURNS
UK SHIPPING
We ship and accept returns from all across the UK. Shipping costs are £5, or free when you spend over £75. All returned bottles are free to post back to us with Royal Mail. We particularly welcome empty bottles to be re-filled at the distillery. Just attach your return label to your box, and take to the post office.
COLLECTION FROM THE DISTILLERY
It is also free to collect your order from the distillery, but please remember only to pick this option if you live locally to Drimnin. We are unable to hold bottles for people for more than a couple of weeks.

We are not able to ship abroad directly from our website, but you can buy our spirits in over 17 countries worldwide. Click here to find out where we are stocked across the globe.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you wish to cancel or return your order, you may do so within 14 days of receiving it. You must notify us that you wish to return your order within this period, by sending an email to hello@ncnean.com. All returned bottles are free to post back to us with Royal Mail. Just attach your return label to your box, and take to the post office. The goods must be returned to us in their original condition, with tampers and seals on bottles intact and in their original packaging, within 14 days of the date you notify us. Return postage or shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. We will refund the purchase including the original shipping cost within 14 days of you returning the goods, to the credit/debit card used to make the purchase
We cannot provide refunds for purchases made through third-party sellers.
We cannot be held liable for packages delivered to the wrong address if you have provided incorrect information when ordering.
If goods are damaged or faulty on arrival, or the wrong item was dispatched, then please let us know as soon as possible and within 30 days by emailing hello@ncnean.com or calling 01967 421698. Please take photographs of any damage. We will issue you with instructions on how to return the goods. If you need to return goods that are damaged or faulty, we will refund you the cost of return. We recommend that you insure the return shipment and retain a proof of postage, as it is your responsibility to take reasonable care of the goods and you will be liable for any damage sustained to them until we receive them at the distillery.
