COLLECTION FROM THE DISTILLERY
It is free to collect your order from the distillery, but please remember only to pick this option if you live locally to Drimnin. We are unable to hold bottles for people for more than a couple of weeks.
WHY DOES UK SHIPPING COST £5?
It costs us about £8 to ship a single bottle of our spirits to you. This is because our bottles are fragile, so we pay £2 to have them packed into protective recycled cardboard packaging so they arrive in tip top condition. And the cost of a delivery for relatively heavy goods (compared to clothes for example), costs us from £5.50 per package. We could of course include this in the price of the bottle, but that would mean those who buy at the distillery or locally, or who buy many bottles at once would have to pay more than their share of shipping costs, and that doesn’t seem fair.

Unfortunately, as the UK has now left the EU we are no longer offering international shipping from our website. However, we have relatively good distribution with partners across Europe and hope to expand this more in 2021:
For Germany, ask at your local retailer or click here to order online.
For France, visit your local caviste or contact our importer L’Explorateur du Gout.
For Italy, ask at your local retailer or email our distributor, Gemma wine, for direct shipping.
For the Netherlands, there are lots of online and bricks and mortar retailers in the Netherlands that stock us (Google can help you find them), but if you cannot find one that suits, please email our distributors (Bresser & Timmer) and they will be able to point you in the right direction.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you wish to cancel or return your order, you may do so within 14 days of receiving it. You must notify us that you wish to return your order within this period, by sending an email to email@example.com. We will issue you with instructions on how to return the goods. The goods must be returned to us in their original condition, with tampers and seals on bottles intact and in their original packaging, within 14 days of the date you notify us. Return postage or shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. We will refund the purchase including the original shipping cost within 14 days of you returning the goods, to the credit/debit card used to make the purchase.
We cannot provide refunds for purchases made through third-party sellers.
We cannot be held liable for packages delivered to the wrong address if you have provided incorrect information when ordering.
If goods are damaged or faulty on arrival, or the wrong item was dispatched, then please let us know as soon as possible and within 30 days by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or calling 01967 421698. Please take photographs of any damage. We will issue you with instructions on how to return the goods. If you need to return goods that are damaged or faulty, we will refund you the cost of return. We recommend that you insure the return shipment and retain a proof of postage, as it is your responsibility to take reasonable care of the goods and you will be liable for any damage sustained to them until we receive them at the distillery.
