All you need is a lemon and some honey, stir it up and go and enjoy the great outdoors, it’s the perfect tipple for the top of a hill or by the campfire.

HOT TODDY RECIPE

Ingredients (serves three-four)
125ml Nc’nean whisky
30ml fresh lemon juice
300ml boiling water
4 teaspoons honey

Method
Add all the ingredients to the flask and stir until all the honey has dissolved. If you don’t have a long spoon, try using a chopstick, then screw the lid on nice and tight. To serve, pour into heat safe mugs and check it’s not too hot before drinking.
