A RICH, BAKED DESSERT WHISKY

This indulgent Madeira finish has been released in partnership with Carrie Smith of Hawksmoor Edinburgh. Growing up in rural Scotland, Carrie felt a deep connection with Scottish folklore. These fables were woven into her drinks in our 2025 bartender cocktail competition. An approach that led Carrie to victory and release this whisky.
