A CREAMY AND BUTTERY WHISKY
This deliciously buttery and creamy ex-Bourbon cask has been chosen by the winner of our 2023 industry cocktail competition, Matt Morrison, whisky specialist and bartender a the prestigious Bertie's Whisky Bar at The Fife Arms. Matt has been working at the beautiful boutique Fife Arms Hotel for just shy of three years now. His wildly innovative approach and deep understanding of his ingredients (including foraged Penny Bun mushrooms) led him to win our contest judged on taste, sustainability and hospitality.
