This whisky has been finished in an ex-Cognac cask from the brilliant terroir-focused Fontgard distillery. Like us, they also focus on pioneering sustainable production by using renewable energy sources and they do this in the form of renewable energy. This single cask has been bottled exclusively for our distributor in France, L'Explorateur du Goût.
