HOW WE MAKE IT

This release, Malted Teacake, heroes our passion for fermentation experiments. The creamy malty notes come from our use of a yeast strain typically used in the brewing of Belgian-style ales. When matured in our house-style casks, the result is a buttery, jammy whisky with a touch of minerality. We find we taste flavours of freshly baked cake, fig marmalade and hot buttered toast.
