APER-OLD FASHOINED
Ingredients
50ml Organic Single Malt Scotch Whisky
20ml Aperol aperitivo
10ml 1:1 sugar syrup (easy recipe below)
2 dash Orange Bitters
Orange twist to garnish

Method
Fill a rocks glass with cubed ice and add all the ingredients.
Stir for 30 seconds, then garnish with an orange twist.
You can easily whip up the sugar syrup at home by shaking equal parts caster sugar and water in a jam jar until all the sugar is dissolved (warm water helps speed things up).
