BOTIVO SHRUB SODA
Ingredients
40ml Organic Single Malt Scotch Whisky
40ml Botivo non-alcoholic aperitif
100ml (or a splash more if you fancy) soda water
Thyme sprig or a slice of orange to garnish

Method
Fill a glass with cubed ice and add all the ingredients.
Stir well to incorporate the soda - a gentle “up-and-down” stir where you lift the ice will do the trick.
Garnish with a sprig of fresh thyme, or a slice of orange.
