25ml Organic Single Malt Scotch Whisky
25ml Aperol aperitivo
25ml Amaro
25ml Lemon Juice

Method
Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker, then fill with cubed ice and shake hard for 12 seconds.
Fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
