Ingredients
25ml Botanical Spirit
25l Crème de Fraise (strawberry liqueur)
25ml Campari
25ml lemon juice
Top sparkling wine (Crémant is great)
Garnish with fresh Thyme

Method
Fill a wine glass with cubed ice and add all the ingredients.
Gently stir then garnish with thyme sprig.
