30ml Botanical Spirit
20ml cranberry juice
75ml Prosecco (or any other sparkling white wine)
Lemon wheel to garnish

Method
Fill a wine glass with cubed ice and add all the ingredients.
Gently stir then garnish with lemon wheel.
