HOT TODDY
Ingredients (serves 3-4)
125ml Nc’nean whisky
30ml fresh lemon juice
300ml boiling water
4 teaspoons honey

Method
Add all the ingredients to the flask and stir until all the honey has dissolved. If you don’t have a long spoon, try using a chopstick, then screw the lid on nice and tight. To serve, pour into heat safe mugs or glassware and check it’s not too hot before drinking.
