OLD FASHIONED

Ingredients
60ml Organic Single Malt Whisky
10ml 1:1 sugar syrup (easy recipe below)
3 dashes of Angostura Bitters (Or other cocktail bitters)
Lemon twist to garnish

Method
Fill a rocks glass with cubed ice and add all the ingredients.
Stir for 30 seconds, then garnish with lemon twist.
You can easily whip up the sugar syrup at home by shaking equal parts caster sugar and water in a jam jar until all the sugar is dissolved (warm water helps speed things up).
