Ingredients

50ml Organic Single Malt Whisky
25ml lemon juice
20ml 1:1 sugar syrup (easy recipe below)
15ml Egg White

Lemon twist to garnish

Method

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker,
then fill with cubed ice and shake hard for 12 seconds.
Fine strain in a chilled cocktail glass, then garnish with a lemon twist.


You can easily whip up the sugar syrup at home by shaking equal parts caster sugar and water in a jam jar until all the sugar is dissolved (warm water helps speed things up).
